Notifications
Notifications are configured per device. Allowing them on your iPhone does not automatically enable them in a browser or on another device.
Native iOS app
Open Settings → Notifications and allow notifications. You can then enable the reminder types you need. Appointments, routines, todos and goals use the reminder time set on each entry.
Check-ins have separate options for morning, midday and evening. You can configure the time, push reminder and automatic opening independently.
The mobile app schedules reminders locally on your device. If notifications are disabled in iOS, the app cannot display them.
Web app
Open Settings → Notifications and enable push notifications for the current browser. Appointment reminders, routine starts and todo reminders can be switched on separately.
On iPhone, you need to add the web app to the Home Screen using Safari and open it from there. Support for web push in other browsers depends on the operating system.
If nothing arrives
- Check the system or browser permission.
- Check whether notifications are enabled in meinsystem.app.
- Check the reminder time on the specific entry.
- Send a test notification from the mobile app.
- Disable and re-enable notifications on this device.
A focus timer can also appear as a live activity. See Widgets and live activities for details. More checks are available under Troubleshooting and support.
