meinsystem.app is designed for people with ADHD, autism, AuDHD or another form of neurodivergence who quickly lose track of everyday life. It is particularly helpful when routines, appointments and tasks are spread across apps, notes and thoughts. You do not need a diagnosis.

AuDHD is a commonly used, unofficial term for the co-occurrence of autism and ADHD.

The app cannot prevent a difficult day, but it keeps today's flow and progress visible. After an interruption, you do not have to reconstruct where you were; you can see the next open step.

meinsystem.app is not only a place to collect things. You set up routines once, they appear on the right day and each day has its own progress. The best way to test whether that helps is with one real routine.

In Notion, you can build a similar solution yourself with databases, views and rules. Todoist is particularly well suited to recurring tasks and projects. meinsystem.app already includes routines, daily progress and the next open step as one flow. If you enjoy constructing your own system, Notion may fit better; if that construction is the hurdle, that is the difference.

Free includes the essential features with fixed limits, local to one device. Lifetime permanently unlocks all local features on one device. Pro adds the web app, cloud sync, multiple devices, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.

Yes. Free works locally on one device with fixed limits and without an account. You can also try the yearly Pro plan for 7 days. Payment details are required; unless you cancel first, the paid yearly plan continues afterwards. The monthly plan has no trial.

You can use the local Free and Lifetime features on your device without a cloud connection. The web app, cloud sync and connected online calendars are part of Pro and require an internet connection.

With Pro, your changes sync between signed-in devices and you can also use the web app. Free and Lifetime remain local to one device.

Yes. The iOS app is available on the App Store. The Android app is in development. The browser-based web app is part of Pro.

No. meinsystem.app is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis, therapy or medical treatment. It is a digital everyday system that makes structure, routines and appointments visible.

Cancelling stops the paid renewal but does not automatically delete your account. Your account-related app data remains until you delete the account yourself.

Go to Settings → Delete account to delete your account and associated app data. The privacy policy explains statutory retention, backups and data held by connected providers. Delete previously exported calendar copies with the calendar provider. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.

Pro payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and may technically be handled in US dollars. PayPal, your card issuer or bank may therefore apply their own exchange rate or fees. You see the final amount before completing payment.

With Free and Lifetime, local data stays on your device. When you use the web app or cloud sync, content is protected with TLS in transit and stored encrypted in Frankfurt. The app processes the data required for features such as reminders and calendar sync on the server, so this is not end-to-end encryption. Free-text entries are not analyzed for advertising. With analytics consent, usage events, energy levels and onboarding details are analyzed to improve the product; see the privacy policy for details.
