Daily flow and calendar views
The daily flow brings together everything that applies to a particular day. Routines, appointments and scheduled todos appear in time context instead of making you search through separate areas.
What appears in the day?
- routines active on that weekday
- your appointments and connected calendar events
- todos with that date
- goals with a matching deadline
- anytime todos without a fixed time
Items without a date stay in their own overview and do not fill today's calendar.
Daily progress does not change the template
Completing a routine step today stores progress only for today. The routine itself remains unchanged and starts open again on the next matching day.
After a pause or interruption, reopen the same day. Completed and open steps remain visible so you can find where to continue.
Which view fits now?
Depending on your device, you can use a day, multi-day, week or month view. The day view shows the most detail. Multi-day and week views help with context. The month is useful for larger gaps and all-day entries.
Your day does not need to be planned from edge to edge. A few anchors may be enough: one routine, one appointment and one important todo.
Create from the calendar
On supported platforms, selecting an empty place in the time grid lets you create a todo, appointment or routine for that time. The date and time are filled from the selected position and can be changed before saving.
