Why daily flow

Your day does not need perfect planning. It needs orientation.

With ADHD, autism and AuDHD, an empty daily view can be as difficult as an overloaded list. The daily flow finds the balance: enough structure without overloading the day.

01

Your day becomes visible

See more than lists: what has passed, what is active now and what comes later.

02

Routines and appointments meet

The daily flow shows routines, appointments and tasks in context instead of separating them across apps.

03

Less sorting in your head

You do not have to reconstruct where you are. The daily view keeps the framework for you.

In everyday life

The daily flow answers the question that otherwise keeps circling in your head.

Not “What could I do?” but “What applies today, where am I now, and which anchor will help me next?”

Open it in the morning and immediately see what applies today

Return to your day after an interruption

Keep appointments, routines and todos together without switching apps

On difficult days, follow only the next visible anchor

Questions

What to know about the daily flow.

What is the difference between the daily flow and a calendar?

A calendar shows appointments. The daily flow shows everyday life as a whole: routines, appointments and tasks in the order relevant to your day.

Can the daily flow help with ADHD time blindness?

It does not replace a sense of time, but it makes the day more visible. You see time windows, next steps and later anchors instead of holding everything in your head.

Does my entire day have to be planned?

No. The daily flow works with only a few anchors. A morning routine, one appointment and one important todo can be enough to give the day a starting point.

One look is enough

Open the app. Your next anchor is already there.

Start with a few routines, appointments and todos. The daily flow turns them into a visible framework.
