Daily check-in

The daily check-in is a brief snapshot. Record how much energy is available, which mood you notice and what matters right now.

Energy and mood stay separate

High energy does not automatically mean a good mood. Low energy does not automatically mean a bad day. The check-in therefore stores both separately.

The note is optional. One short sentence is enough, such as “The appointment used more energy than expected” or “The midday break helped”.

Morning, midday and evening

The app offers three periods as calm anchors. You do not have to use all three. In the mobile notification settings, you can adjust the times, push reminders and whether a due check-in opens automatically.

Review your history

Open Organize → Check-in & history to move between days and view or update existing entries. The history supports your memory. It does not grade the day.

A check-in does not change your plan automatically

A low energy level does not remove appointments or move tasks. You decide whether to make the day smaller, reschedule a todo or pause a routine.

For a smaller difficult-day plan, you can use the free low-energy day tool. Set up reminders under Notifications.
