Three examples to copy
Here are three ready-made routines. Choose one, adapt it to your life and start it tomorrow. You do not have to invent anything from scratch.
Example 1: A steadier morning
For anyone whose mornings often feel chaotic.
Routine: Morning routine
- Drink water
- Brush teeth
- Wash face
- Get dressed
- Eat something
If five steps feel like too much, use the first three. That is enough.
Example 2: Keep the household going with less effort
For anyone whose home keeps slipping out of control.
Routine: Kitchen reset (daily, about five minutes)
- Put away or wash the dishes
- Quickly wipe the worktop
- Check the stove—is it off?
- Check the bin—is it full? Take it out.
Routine: Quick home check (once a week, about ten minutes)
- Living room: put away one thing
- Bathroom: hang up the towel
- Floor: quickly vacuum or sweep
Example 3: Keep track of a project
For anyone who repeatedly loses sight of important projects.
Routine: Project check (Mondays, about ten minutes)
- What is coming up this week?
- Choose one task for today
- Check the calendar—are there any deadlines?
Add a few todos such as “Write down the next step” or “Reply to one postponed email.”
How to start
- Open the System Editor using the pencil icon in the app.
- Create a routine with the steps above.
- Start it once tomorrow.
Starting is the goal. It does not have to be perfect.
