Before you start

meinsystem.app is not another place where you are expected to collect as many tasks as possible. It helps you see today's routines, appointments and todos together and find the next open step after an interruption.

The task is often not the whole problem

Before anything can be done, many small questions need answers: What applies today? Where do I begin? What was still open before the interruption? Where is the information I need?

For people with ADHD and autism, repeatedly sorting out those questions can take a great deal of energy. meinsystem.app cannot make every decision for you. It gives the decisions you have already made a reliable place.

You are building templates for everyday life

A routine is a recurring template. On a suitable day, you decide which steps belong to it and when it should appear. Each matching day gets its own progress. Completing something today does not change tomorrow's template.

Appointments and todos join the routine in your daily flow. You do not have to switch between separate lists to work out what matters now.

Begin with one real point of friction

You do not need a complete system. Choose one situation where you regularly lose the thread:

  • the first few minutes after waking up
  • leaving home
  • arriving home
  • preparing for a fixed appointment

One routine with one to three concrete steps is enough. Use it once, then change what did not fit.

On a calmer day, you decide what belongs there. On a difficult day, you have a place to return to.

Start in 10 to 15 minutes guides you through that first routine. If you want the overview first, read How everything fits together.
