Connect calendars

meinsystem.app distinguishes between external appointments you read in your daily flow and your own entries that you export as copies to a calendar.

Device calendars and iCloud

In the native app, open Settings → Device calendar and choose a writable calendar. This can be a local calendar, iCloud or another provider configured on your device.

Selected appointments and routines are copied there in one direction. Changes to the external copy do not overwrite meinsystem.app. Device calendar export is also available with the local plans.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar is a Pro feature. Once connected, you can show selected Google calendars as read-only entries in your daily flow. You can also choose a target calendar for exports from meinsystem.app.

Edit a Google event you are reading in Google Calendar itself. Routine steps and linked lists are not exported to external calendars.

Outlook and Microsoft 365

The connection to Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 is in preparation but has not been released. While the app marks this area as unavailable, Outlook cannot be used as an active Pro feature.

Time zone

Your account time zone controls how times are displayed and exported. Your device can suggest a time zone, but it does not change it automatically while you travel. When you switch time zones, entered clock times stay the same; existing calendar copies are updated during the next sync.

If a calendar is missing

Check the permission, selected read sources, export target and connection. Before disconnecting a calendar, check what should happen to existing copies. For more help, see Troubleshooting and support.
