Account, plans and sync

Free, Lifetime and Pro mainly differ in where your data is stored and which devices you can use. Current prices and limits are always listed on the pricing page.

Three ways to use the app

PlanStorage and devices
FreeLocal on one device, without an account, with fixed limits
LifetimeAll local features permanently on one device, without cloud sync
ProAccount, web app, cloud sync and use on multiple signed-in devices

Having an account does not automatically mean cloud sync is active. Ongoing sync and the web app require active Pro access.

Start locally

In local mode, your entries stay on the device. They do not automatically appear on a second device or in the web app. Create a local backup regularly when you use your system without the cloud.

Sync with Pro

Sign in on every device with the same account. Changes are stored locally and synced with the cloud when a connection is available. The app is designed local-first, so a temporary connection problem should not make the daily view unusable.

If two devices edit the same entry at the same time, sync tries to merge the changes safely. If a migration conflict cannot be resolved automatically, the mobile app shows a notice in Settings.

Move from local mode to an account

When signing in for the first time, the app can transfer existing local data to your account. Afterwards, check a sample of your routines, appointments, todos, goals and lists before removing local data or backups.

Subscription and account are separate

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal but does not delete your account. Deleting an account removes account data, but does not automatically cancel a purchase made through Apple or Google. See Backups, export and deletion for the exact steps.
