Privacy and your data
You should know what happens to your entries and how they are protected. This page clearly separates data transfer, storage and processing.
During normal operation, we do not manually access your personal entries, and we do not analyse their content for advertising or user profiling.
Three layers of protection

Your content is associated with your user account. It is not public, and other users cannot see it.
Is this end-to-end encryption?
No. The application processes and decrypts your content on the server when a feature requires it. Examples include displaying your routines, sending push reminders, exporting your data and syncing Google Calendar.
This distinction matters: encryption protects the stored data, but it does not make access by the application system technically impossible.
If you voluntarily send us information or screenshots as part of a support request, we use them only to resolve that request.
Further safeguards
- The database is hosted by Supabase in the EU region in Frankfurt.
- Access to your data is tied to your signed-in user account.
- You can export your data or delete your account at any time.
What is my content used for?
Only to provide the features of meinsystem.app to you.
Your personal entries are not sold, and their content is not analysed for advertising. If you consent in the cookie banner, we collect usage events—for example, which features are used—to improve the app. These events do not include the content of your routines, notes, goals or mood entries.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. In Settings, you can export your data or delete your account completely. When you delete your account, your app data is removed from the active database.
