Information on the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the paid meinsystem.app Pro plan within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded (purchase of the Pro subscription through the Lemon Squeezy checkout).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (maxschneidercodes, Max Anton Schneider, c/o MDC Management#1582, Welserstraße 3, 87463 Dietmannsried) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement. You may use the online withdrawal function on this page, send an email to info@maxantonschneider.com or use the model withdrawal form below. Use of the model form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The following provisions apply only if you withdraw in time—within 14 days after conclusion of the contract and before the right of withdrawal has expired (see below).

If you withdraw in time, we will reimburse the payments for the withdrawn contract no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal declaration. We may charge you for services already supplied if, before the end of the withdrawal period, you expressly agreed that we should begin performance (Section 357(8) BGB).

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Payment for the Pro plan is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds are generally processed through the same channel. If you have questions about a refund, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy customer support using your invoice or customer portal.

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you expressly consented to this and, at the same time, confirmed that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins (Section 356(5) BGB).

When purchasing the Pro plan, the checkout informs you of this and allows you to agree to immediate provision of digital access.

If your Pro subscription continues, you can cancel it at any time for the end of the current billing period through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing the provider. Cancellation stops future charges only; monthly or yearly fees already paid are not refunded unless Lemon Squeezy or the provider voluntarily agrees in an individual case.
