A smaller plan for hard days. Less can count today.
When energy is low, a full daily plan often becomes another task. Choose a smaller frame, check what is possible, and let the rest wait. No account, no pressure to optimise.
How it works
Three decisions, then the day may stay smaller.
- 01
Choose the smaller frame
The small plan keeps only what is necessary. The even smaller version is for days when even that feels like too much.
- 02
Check only what is needed
Drink, one necessary thing, a pause. You do not have to catch up. You only make visible what counts today.
- 03
You may stop
When the frame is complete, the day has not failed. It was smaller. That is allowed.
Why a mini plan
On hard days the will is often there. A valid smaller frame is not.
A normal plan can feel like more work on a low-energy day. A prepared mini plan takes away the decision of what may count today – without diagnosing anything or promising an ideal day.
Online tool and app
Make the day smaller here. Find the same frame again in meinsystem.app.
This plan runs on its own in the browser. In the app, the daily flow can stay visibly smaller on days like this: necessary anchors, flexible tasks, and the rest may wait.
How the day gets smaller in the app →Common questions
Do I need an account for the low-energy day plan?
No. You can choose the smaller or even smaller frame, check steps, copy or print without signing in. Nothing is stored on a server.
Is this an emergency or therapy plan?
No. This is an everyday aid for low-energy days. It does not replace diagnosis, therapy, crisis support or medical treatment.
Is this the same plan as in the app?
No. This tool is the free browser version. In meinsystem.app the smaller frame belongs to the daily flow, routines and what is already written down for today.
