1:1 setup coaching
Setup coaching is the in-depth version of the free onboarding call: a ninety-minute session in which we organise your daily life together and set up a morning, midday and evening routine in the app. This gives you a daily foundation, not your entire everyday life. You can build on it step by step afterwards.
It is designed for you if you have already tried several apps and none of them lasted, or if you do not want another empty tool that you have to configure alone.
How it differs from the free call
| Free onboarding call | 1:1 setup coaching | |
|---|---|---|
| Duration | 15 minutes | 90 minutes |
| Scope | One routine | Morning, midday and evening routines as a foundation |
| Afterwards | You continue independently | Written summary and follow-up |
| Price | Free | One-time payment, including 12 months of app access |
What we set up together
- A morning routine that helps you start the day reliably.
- A midday routine that provides orientation and a clear transition.
- An evening routine that closes the day calmly and prepares tomorrow.
- The essential anchors and steps that make these three routines work.
This does not include your entire everyday life, a complete weekly plan or every single task. That is not realistic in 90 minutes. We build a stable daily foundation; the rest can grow with you afterwards.
How it works
- A short intake by email beforehand, with a few questions about your daily life and what you want to make easier.
- A ninety-minute video call. We organise things together and configure the three routines directly in your account.
- A written summary of the most important decisions and next steps for expanding your system.
- A short follow-up after two or three weeks to adjust the setup based on real life.
