Daily life with autism and ADHD

The AuDHD app for your daily life

meinsystem.app helps people with autism and ADHD organise routines, appointments, tasks and goals in one place, so you do not have to decide from scratch what matters and where to begin every day.

One system instead of five separate apps

An AuDHD app that makes the next step visible.

Traditional planners store what you want to do at some point. meinsystem.app connects that with your actual day: fixed appointments, recurring routines and flexible tasks appear in one shared sequence.

You can begin with a single routine and let your system grow gradually. It does not need to be fully set up before it can support you.

Meaning and purpose

What is an AuDHD app?

AuDHD is a community term for the co-occurrence of autism and ADHD. An AuDHD app cannot diagnose or treat either condition. It can move demands out of your head, make sequences visible and make it easier to resume when you lose your place.

Why not just a task list and calendar?

Storing information is often not enough.

A task list shows what is open, but rarely how to begin. A calendar shows times, but not the steps before and after. With AuDHD, switching apps, time blindness, transitions and too many simultaneous decisions can use additional energy. meinsystem.app brings that information together in one daily context.

The core features

What the AuDHD app brings together in everyday life.

Not more features for their own sake, but less translation between the different parts of your day.

01

Routines with individual steps

Record recurring activities once. In everyday life, you see the concrete step that is due now instead of the entire mountain.

02

A clear daily structure

The daily flow places routines, tasks and appointments in an understandable sequence you can return to after interruptions.

03

Appointments and tasks together

Fixed events and flexible tasks share the same daily context, so your head does not have to translate between a calendar and task list.

04

Daily check-in

A short check-in makes energy and mood visible without turning them into a judgement or another performance target.

Focus on the next step

Instead of showing every open item at once, meinsystem.app keeps the next manageable step and a clear time frame in view.

When less energy is available

Your system can become smaller on difficult days.

A useful plan should not work only on days when planning is easy. Routines with a few essential steps, flexible anytime tasks and a visible place to resume help reduce demands instead of creating a backlog.

That is why the AuDHD templates deliberately include smaller versions. On those days, small does not mean failed; it means matched to the capacity available.

One possible smaller day

  1. 1Check in briefly: what is available today?
  2. 2Keep one essential appointment visible
  3. 3Open only the next routine step
  4. 4Everything else can wait in the system

What users say

Uses meinsystem.app Pro

I came across MeinSystem.app more or less by chance on YouTube – and was immediately impressed. What I have seen so far already offers me tremendous value. I had even started building something similar myself with Claude Code, so I am all the happier that Max has already made it a reality. Right now, MeinSystem.app genuinely feels like hitting the jackpot. That is why I immediately chose the Pro plan. Good work deserves to be rewarded – especially when you gain so much value from it as a customer.

Uses meinsystem.app

With AuDHD, every day can feel like a struggle. Work, everyday life and relationships take a lot of energy, and my mind is constantly overloaded. I need structure but still struggle to maintain it. I keep having the vague feeling that I have forgotten something and have far too much to do. I wake up overwhelmed before I have even got out of bed. The app helps me sort the chaos in my mind and establish reliable routines. I can check them off every day and have more mental capacity for the good things in life. I can also check whether I completed a task when I no longer remember. The daily check-in helps me reflect on my day and energy reserves. That helps me notice sooner what I need today. I hope the app can make everyday life with ADHD, autism and AuDHD easier for others too.
This is not another notes app. It is a different system and a different approach to time management. It really is something new.
