v3.2.6Current version
Version 3.2.6
Calendars come together in the day, lists are faster to filter, and the timeline stays steady while swiping.
Web App
Improved
- Connect Outlook and Microsoft 365: Personal Outlook accounts and work or school accounts can be connected. Selected calendars appear read-only in the day, and one calendar can be used as an export target.
- Calendar connections at a glance: The home page explains more clearly how Google Calendar, Outlook, and device calendars come together in one daily plan.
- New free templates and guides: Practical worksheets help with preparing for appointments, returning after interruptions, and matching calendars with tasks. New guides add support for daily planning, routines, and transitions.
- Fair AuDHD app selection (German): A new German guide compares five planning approaches using official sources and makes limits, plans, and platform differences visible.
Fixed
- Buying Pro stays in the app: If you have used the web app before, the Pro checkout opens on top of the app again instead of redirecting you to a separate payment page.
Native App (iOS and Android)
Improved
- Filter lists faster: Lists can be filtered by all lists, checklists, or numbered lists. Each choice shows its item count.
- Calmer sequence steps: Each step in the routine editor is a card. List and timer are small chips. Empty chips say “List” and “Timer”; a chosen list or duration shows its name or the minutes.
- Calmer goals and appointments: Edit and delete live in one menu. Goal cards stay neutral, and a deadline shows as a date.
- Outlook and Microsoft 365 in the day: Connected work, school, and personal calendars appear alongside routines, todos, and your own appointments.
Fixed
- Done stays done while swiping: In the day view, checked routines and appointments stay checked as soon as you move to the previous day.
- The hour stays put while swiping: In day, 3-day, and week view, the visible hour stays at the same height when you swipe to the next range.
- Editing stays in Add: Editing an appointment, todo, or routine from “Add” no longer jumps to “Manage”.
- No more endless loading: If the connection hangs, settings and calendar connections stop after 15 seconds with a notice.
- Correct Outlook.com notice: Without Pro, the Outlook connection now names Outlook.com instead of Google Calendar.
- Reminders stay with their account: After signing out or switching accounts, reminders from the previous account no longer appear. Sign back in and your reminders return.
- No duplicate device calendar events: When appointments or routines change in quick succession, the export no longer creates them twice.
- Type routine steps smoothly: While editing a step, the keyboard stays open instead of closing after every letter.
- Reminders follow your entries: Complete or delete a todo, appointment, or goal and its reminder stops. Move or rename one and the reminder comes at the new time with the new name, including changes made in a widget, on Apple Watch, or in the web app.
- Reminders arrive: When you set your first reminder, the app asks for permission to send notifications instead of silently sending none.
- Editing a routine keeps its checkmarks: When you change a routine, the steps you already checked off today stay checked.
- Calendar export survives sign-up: If you export to your device calendar as a guest and then sign up, the export continues without duplicate events. Deleting your account removes the exported events from the device calendar.
- Nothing disappears after a sync error: If the server permanently rejects a change, the entry stays in its last synced state instead of vanishing from your phone.
- Backups no longer skip data: Restoring a backup from another account no longer stops changes from the cloud from arriving.
- Reminders open the entry: Tapping a reminder while the app is closed now takes you straight to the entry instead of the day view. The same goes for the focus timer on the Lock Screen and the daily check-in.
- Less battery, calmer screens: The app no longer reloads everything every 30 seconds, only when something actually changed. A glance at Control Center no longer starts a sync.
- Widgets stay current offline: If the app loses its connection with Pro, the widgets keep updating, including a running focus timer.
- More consistent English: Reminders and the day view menus now appear in the app language you chose.
- Focus timer ends cleanly: If a timer runs out while the focus view is open, it is now finished only once.
- More precise device calendar export: Choose another export calendar and the events move with it. Multi-day appointments end on the right day, and tapping the link in the calendar opens the entry in the app. With two devices, only the one set up last exports, so events are no longer duplicated.
- Clear device calendar messages: Instead of technical codes, the app explains what happened, and the settings stay usable after an error.
- Edit again after signing out: If an account had become read-only, entries can be created and changed locally again after signing out.
Apple Watch
Fixed
- Pro stays directly connected: The Watch no longer loses its own connection to the server when the iPhone app sends data or when the Watch loads several areas at once after a break. It stays current even with the iPhone out of reach.
- No more outdated states: Data that arrives late no longer overwrites newer checkmarks in the day plan and the complications.
- Current at a glance: Raising the wrist reloads the day plan, lists, todos and focus. Changes from the iPhone also arrive in the background, so the complications stay current.
- Focus timer after installing: A focus timer running on the iPhone also shows up on a freshly installed Watch.
