v3.1.1

Version 3.1.1

Outlook.com calendars, more flexible routines and a calmer native app bring your day together more reliably.

Web App

New

  • Outlook.com: Connect a personal Outlook.com calendar, choose calendars for display and export appointments or routines to Outlook.com. External events remain read-only, and Google and Outlook.com can be connected at the same time.
  • Flexible routine times: Give a routine its own schedule on selected weekdays—for example, 06:00 Monday through Saturday and 08:00 on Sundays. Reminders and calendar exports follow the relevant time automatically.

Improved

  • Trial only through Lemon Squeezy: New web accounts no longer get 30 days without payment details. The yearly plan includes a 7-day checkout trial; the monthly plan starts without a trial. Older web trials that already started remain valid until their original end date.
  • Clearer settings: Shorter topics, more logical groups and dedicated areas for time zone, calendars and notifications make every option easier to find. Email updates now live with the account settings.
  • Clearer plan comparison: The pricing overview now uses the same Free limits as the native app and states explicitly that daily check-ins are unlimited in Free, Pro and Lifetime and that device calendar export is included in all three plans.
  • Cleaner offers: Personal add-ons that are no longer available have been removed from navigation, help and checkout. Previous purchases keep their promised app access.

Fixed

  • Header on iPad: Navigation now stays compact and fully usable at tablet widths instead of overlapping links, buttons or the resources menu.

Native App (iOS)

New

  • Outlook.com: Connect and select Outlook.com calendars from settings. External events remain available offline in the day view, while appointments and routines can also be exported to Outlook.com.
  • Flexible routine times: Set complete alternative time windows for selected weekdays. The native app, reminders and calendars use the appropriate time.
  • Close details after completion: Optionally return directly to the day view after completing an appointment, todo or full routine. You can turn this behavior on or off in settings.
  • A web-style daily check-in: Morning, midday and evening now appear as clear daily cards. Add or edit entries in a compact sheet while times, automatic display and push reminders stay in sync with the web app.

Improved

  • Clearer settings: Settings are grouped into short sections such as App, Controls, Calendar, Data and Help. Haptics and close-after-completion now live together under Appearance.
  • Lemon yearly trial: A trial started through the web yearly plan counts as Pro in the native app, including cloud sync.
  • Complete plan comparison: The app now lists unlimited daily check-ins and included device calendar export for Free, Pro and Lifetime.
  • Cleaner appointment list: Appointment management now shows upcoming appointments by default, with “Past” and “All” filters for accessing older entries when needed.

Fixed

  • Device sync: Large local sync queues are now sent in smaller batches without internal merge snapshots, so cloud sync stays under the server body limit instead of failing with a permanent sync error.

  • Premium bought on the web: A Pro subscription purchased on the web now removes all native limits for goals, routines, todos, appointments, lists and sequences. Existing goals can be edited reliably without opening the paywall.

  • Google Calendar: Edited, deleted or deselected Google events now update or disappear immediately. Events exported by MeinSystem no longer return as duplicate Google blocks.

  • Stable editing: Background refreshes no longer interrupt open appointment, routine or todo forms or discard unsaved entries.

  • Goals in the calendar: Active and planned goals once again appear reliably above the day, three-day and week views, including goals without a deadline, overdue goals and updates made or synced moments ago.

  • Deleting future entries: Deleted sequences, routines and appointments scheduled for tomorrow or later now stay removed instead of briefly flickering and reappearing in the calendar.
