How to use the worksheet
Transfer the tasks that are currently competing with one another. You do not have to assess them yet or include every long-term idea.
Ask what has a specific consequence today: a deadline, an appointment or another person who cannot proceed. A strong feeling alone does not make a task a must.
Instead of just writing ‘term paper’, write something like ‘open the document and note the first heading’. The entry should describe an action you can carry out.
Decide when you will review the remaining tasks. Then you do not have to reject them again every time you look at the list today.
A completed example
The other tasks do not disappear. They simply stop demanding constant attention for today.
This page combines lived experience with general information. It does not replace diagnosis or treatment. Official health information is available from the German federal guides on ADHD and autism.

Just one if possible. Here, must means that not doing it has a specific consequence today or very soon. Two fields are available in case there really are two fixed commitments.
The task is not forgotten, but it is not repeatedly reassessed today either. A fixed review point keeps it reliably outside the current selection.
No. Entries stay only in the page that is currently open. Copy or print your selection before closing the page.
