How to use the worksheet
Turn one observation into a small experiment
Limit the review
Choose a past period and one focus. You do not need to reconstruct every day or list everything you achieved.
Describe progress and circumstances
Record a visible change and a specific situation. Separate observation from assumption: an unfinished task alone does not explain why it remained unfinished.
Short version: one help and one trial
If the full review feels too much, note only what you want to keep and one change to try. Choose a suitable occasion for it.
Check later rather than promise success
Choose your own review point. Record what you actually observed, then keep, change or drop the experiment. Copy or print before closing.
A completed example
Example: have materials ready before the next work block
Fictional example for illustration. Adjust times, tasks and responsibilities to your circumstances.
- Period and original focus
- Fictional: looking back at the past working week. My focus was to start an outline for a presentation.
- What actually moved forward?
- The document exists and the headings are written. The outline has begun, even though the presentation is not finished.
- What situation made a step harder?
- On Tuesday I could not find the material link after a meeting. I searched instead of continuing the outline. This is an observation, not a diagnosis.
- What do I want to keep?
- On Thursday the material link was ready beside the document. I want to keep this preparation.
- One change and where to try it
- Before the next outline session I will open the document and material link together. I am changing just this preparation first.
- Review point and short version
- On Friday I will check whether the link was ready and what was still missing. Short version: note one helpful condition and one thing to try. Plan the next week separately afterwards.

Common questions
Do I have to plan next week during the review?
No. The review collects observations and one possible adjustment. Place next week’s appointments and tasks in your weekly plan afterwards. Reconsider unfinished tasks separately; this worksheet does not carry them over automatically.
Do I need to fill in every field?
No. Leave irrelevant fields blank and use the short version in the guide. Example text is a placeholder; enter your own text before copying or printing.
Are my entries saved?
Entries stay only in the open page. Copy or print them before closing or reloading it. There is no automatic saving or connection to your MeinSystem account.
Can I use this without an account or keep a PDF?
Yes. Fill in the fields without signing in and copy the text. “Print” opens your browser’s print dialog; choose “Save as PDF” if available. “Clear” removes all entries.
