Hand over a task with a clear working status
Someone else will continue a specific part of the work. Record the action, materials and actual status before asking them to take it on. Keep a request separate from acceptance. Partial acceptance covers only the named part; any remaining responsibility still needs agreement.

How to use the worksheet
Follow a handover from request to acceptance
Limit the action and work location
Name an executable action and current version. Confidential content belongs only in approved work tools; your note can refer to the agreed location.
Show status and missing requirements
Separate checked, unchecked and unavailable information. Check access too, rather than treating a file being sent as acceptance of responsibility.
Short version: action, version/status, question, acceptance
These four details are enough for a small handover. Until accepted, mark it as requested. Partial acceptance does not expand the action.
Update your own list after acceptance
Update the shared work location and your own list for the part actually accepted. Your remaining questions stay your own actions. Copy or print before closing.
A completed example
Example: figures check accepted, text still unassigned
Fictional example for illustration. Adjust times, tasks and responsibilities to your circumstances.
- Which bounded action is being handed over?
- Fictional: ask Sam to check the figures in the second section, not to take over the whole presentation.
- Current version, location and access
- Draft v3 is in the approved project folder. Check Sam’s access before the handover; record only the organizational reference here.
- What is finished and what is unchecked?
- The first section is checked. Figures in the second section have been entered but not checked. “Almost done” would hide that distinction.
- Which question or requirement is missing?
- The project lead has been asked to choose A or B. Clarify which option applies before checking its figures.
- Requested, accepted or partly accepted?
- After clarification, Sam accepted only the figures check. Adding text is outside that acceptance. Keep the agreed Friday delivery visible; do not invent a new date.
- What remains mine, and when do we check?
- I will clarify the choice and update the agreed work location. Review status together at Wednesday’s team meeting. Short version: action, version/status, open question, actual acceptance.

Common questions
Does the worksheet automatically assign the task to someone?
No. You record the actual agreement yourself. The worksheet does not send files or messages, or assign app tasks. A read receipt or a link being sent does not confirm acceptance; clarify scope and timing directly.
Do I need to fill in every field?
No. Leave irrelevant fields blank and use the short version in the guide. Example text is a placeholder; enter your own text before copying or printing.
Are my entries saved?
Entries stay only in the open page. Copy or print them before closing or reloading it. There is no automatic saving or connection to your MeinSystem account.
Can I use this without an account or keep a PDF?
Yes. Fill in the fields without signing in and copy the text. “Print” opens your browser’s print dialog; choose “Save as PDF” if available. “Clear” removes all entries.
