Review one unfinished task
Take one old entry rather than the whole list. Check what is still needed and which deadlines or commitments actually apply. Then choose how to handle it and one action of your own. A new preferred date in your note changes no existing agreement.

How to use the worksheet
Give one old entry a deliberate next step
Check status and purpose
Read the entry in its actual location. Check completion, duplicate notes and current purpose. Removing an entry does not automatically cancel an obligation.
Read deadlines and commitments at the source
Distinguish your preferred date, actual deadline and shared commitment. Ask the responsible person about unclear conditions; a review time extends no deadline.
Short version: entry, original detail, action, review
Start with these four details. Choose removal, clarification, reduction, scheduling or parking according to the state. Check actual consequences and agreements before parking.
Record your action and actual status
Check available space and material. A handover remains open until actually agreed. Change original entries yourself where needed, and copy or print this card before closing.
A completed example
Example: “choose a shelf” becomes a measurement
Fictional example for illustration. Adjust times, tasks and responsibilities to your circumstances.
- Which entry, actual state and source?
- Fictional: Alex has “choose a shelf” on the personal list since last Saturday. Nothing has been ordered; Alex checks the actual state.
- Is the outcome still needed, and why?
- Storage is still needed. The suitable width is unknown, so an order is not ready yet.
- Which original deadline or commitment actually applies?
- Alex checks original notes and agreements: Saturday was a personal preference. In this fictional case, there is no promised delivery or external deadline. If uncertain, Alex would first need to ask.
- Remove, clarify, reduce, schedule or park?
- The task is still useful and is reduced to measuring the available width. “Buy a shelf” is not marked done without further checking.
- My next action, material and suitable space
- On Wednesday after breakfast, measure the available width with a tape measure. Alex checks the personal plan first; in the example, 20 minutes are available.
- Actual status and personal review time
- Not measured and nothing ordered. Personal review: Saturday at 10, check the measurement and next selection. This note creates no reminder and moves no task in the original system.

Common questions
Does the card move or delete my original task?
No. You check and change original entries yourself. The card changes no deadline, commitment or responsibility, sends no message and sets no reminder. It does not assess legal consequences of a missed deadline.
Do I need to fill in every field?
No. Leave irrelevant fields blank and use the short version in the guide. Example text is a placeholder; enter your own text before copying or printing.
Are my entries saved?
Entries stay only in the open page. Copy or print them before closing or reloading it. There is no automatic saving or connection to your MeinSystem account.
Can I use this without an account or keep a PDF?
Yes. Fill in the fields without signing in and copy the text. “Print” opens your browser’s print dialog; choose “Save as PDF” if available. “Clear” removes all entries.
