Revisit an existing commitment
An agreed task no longer fits your plan after something changed. First check what was actually agreed. Record the specific conflict and a possible alternative. Keep a request separate from a confirmed change; a personal calendar entry or silence does not change a shared agreement.

How to use the worksheet
Move from the previous commitment to an agreed change
Check the actual commitment
Read the agreed thread for outcome, scope and time. Separate confirmed details from assumptions. This note does not assess legal obligations or consequences of deadlines.
Name the conflict and a specific alternative
Describe what changed and what you can offer based on your plan. “Sometime later” does not settle a new time; other people take nothing on automatically.
Short version: previous, changed, proposal, status
Start with one affected commitment. Discuss the change with the responsible person. If you cannot meet the previous scope, state that explicitly; an unanswered proposal remains open.
Record only the confirmed result
Save the reply, new scope and timing in the agreed place. Check conflicting personal entries and other commitments. Copy or print the note before closing.
A completed example
Example: agree a smaller commenting task
Fictional example for illustration. Adjust times, tasks and responsibilities to your circumstances.
- What was agreed: outcome, scope and time?
- Fictional: Alex agreed to comment on the whole draft by Friday noon. The confirmed thread records scope and time.
- Which requirement has actually changed?
- Another confirmed meeting now occupies the planned work slot. Alex checks the conflict; rearranging calendar entries does not create more working time.
- What specific alternative do I propose?
- Alex asks: introduction by Friday noon or the whole draft by Monday noon? Both are proposals in this fictional example, not general deadline advice.
- Who do I ask, where and when?
- Alex discusses scope and effects with Sam in the agreed thread before the affected time. Confidential details remain in approved tools.
- What is requested and what is confirmed?
- Sam confirms the introduction by Friday noon. Record exactly that result; a full comment on Monday has not also been agreed.
- My next action, check time and short version
- After confirmation, open the introduction and compare it with the intended audience. Before a reply, keep “change requested”; use your own check time and the agreed urgent channel. Short version: previous, changed, proposal, status.

No. You discuss the proposal yourself and maintain the status. The worksheet sends no message, obtains no consent and does not assess legal enforceability or deadline consequences. Silence is not documented confirmation.
Do I need to fill in every field?
No. Leave irrelevant fields blank and use the short version in the guide. Example text is a placeholder; enter your own text before copying or printing.
Are my entries saved?
Entries stay only in the open page. Copy or print them before closing or reloading it. There is no automatic saving or connection to your MeinSystem account.
Can I use this without an account or keep a PDF?
