Tomorrow’s framework

Check appointments and occupied time at their sources.

One limited start

Choose an outcome that fits the checked framework.

Smaller version and finish

Record your morning check and when to stop tonight.

How to use the worksheet

Prepare a start, then stop

  1. Check fixed times first

Read current appointments, travel and preparation yourself in the calendar or original source. The card checks no appointments and changes no agreement.

  2. Choose just one outcome that fits

Allow for breaks and transitions before choosing a work window. Unknown duration remains an estimate; an empty calendar entry does not prove capacity.

  3. Short version: appointment, start, material, morning check

Begin with these four details. A smaller version reduces flexible work, not a required submission. Clarify open conditions with the responsible person.

  4. Record an ending and a morning check

Finish preparation after the card. Check the actual situation in the morning; an evening plan creates no appointment automatically. Copy or print before closing or reloading.

A completed example

Example: a call and a small start on a draft

Fictional example for illustration. Adjust times, tasks and responsibilities to your circumstances.

Fixed times, travel and preparation
Fictional: Tuesday call at 10 am, equipment preparation from 9:50. Alex checks the time and link in the existing calendar.
Usable window, break and transition
After the call and a break, 10:30–11 is available for work. The rest of the morning is occupied; the break is not allocated twice.
One chosen flexible outcome
Collect three headings for a personal draft, without promising a finished piece or making a new commitment.
First visible step and material
Open the draft in the approved project folder and write the first heading. Confidential content stays there.
Smaller version and deliberately left out
If the window shrinks, write just one heading. Other ideas stay on the personal list; this does not change fixed agreements.
Morning check; finish planning tonight
After breakfast, check current appointments and available time. Tonight’s preparation ends with this card. Copy or print before closing; no reminder is created.

No. You check times and enter your selection yourself. The card reads no calendar, sets no reminder and transfers no tasks into MeinSystem. Existing appointments and commitments still apply.

Do I need to fill in every field?

No. Leave irrelevant fields blank and use the short version in the guide. Example text is a placeholder; enter your own text before copying or printing.

Are my entries saved?

Entries stay only in the open page. Copy or print them before closing or reloading it. There is no automatic saving or connection to your MeinSystem account.

Can I use this without an account or keep a PDF?

Yes. Fill in the fields without signing in and copy the text. “Print” opens your browser’s print dialog; choose “Save as PDF” if available. “Clear” removes all entries.
