Project kickoff: turn the agreement into a first work session
You have discussed the project. Now record the intended outcome, the next delivery and any missing information. This note is for organizing your own start after the discussion; it does not automatically turn an open inquiry into a confirmed assignment.

How to use the worksheet
Prepare your first work session
Record the actual agreement
Take the outcome, scope boundary and next draft from the briefing. Mark unresolved points as open. Your own note does not replace confirmation by the other person.
Separate missing inputs from active work
Write down which information you need and from whom. Then choose a first action possible with the material you have and a genuinely available work session.
Short version: outcome, next action, open point
When time is limited, these three entries and a review time are enough to start the note. Copy it to your project files before closing the page.
Check before continuing
Compare actual progress with the next agreed draft. Record changes and discuss any affected scope or timing. Writing a new arrangement here does not make it agreed.
A completed example
Example: prepare a first draft of two website texts
Fictional example for illustration. Adjust times, tasks and responsibilities to your circumstances.
- Agreed outcome and scope boundary
- Revise two text sections for the homepage. Coding and additional pages are outside this work scope.
- Next draft: what, to whom, when?
- Send two text drafts to Sam for feedback by noon on Thursday; no publication yet.
- Required inputs and responsible person
- Current text is available. Sam will send the confirmed image selection; the question about it is still open.
- First action and available work session
- Tuesday 9–9:30 am: open the text file and sketch two draft headings. Record the progress afterwards.
- What I am waiting for and when I check
- Check for the image selection at 10 am on Wednesday. This is my review time, not a response deadline confirmed by Sam.
- Smaller version or revised agreement
- If the session falls through: sketch one heading first. If the missing image selection puts the draft at risk, discuss the scope or timing again with Sam.

Do I need to fill in every field?
No. Leave irrelevant fields blank and use the short version in the guide. Example text is a placeholder; enter your own text before copying or printing.
Are my entries saved?
Entries stay only in the open page. Copy or print them before closing or reloading it. There is no automatic saving or connection to your MeinSystem account.
Can I use this without an account or keep a PDF?
Yes. Fill in the fields without signing in and copy the text. “Print” opens your browser’s print dialog; choose “Save as PDF” if available. “Clear” removes all entries.
