Family week: turn expectations into clear agreements
Who will do what, when, and with what preparation? Record the tasks actually discussed for this week. Separate accepted responsibilities from open questions. This worksheet is for adults organizing family life; putting someone’s name here does not mean they have agreed to a task.

How to use the worksheet
Discuss the week and record the actual agreements
Collect fixed tasks and separate agreements from proposals
Start with a few actual commitments this week. Mark what is agreed and what is only proposed. This note is not a shared calendar and does not send requests.
Discuss preparation too
A task may include preparation and follow-up. Clarify which parts are included. If you are solely responsible, record your next action and possible support as an open question; delegation is not required.
Short version: one commitment, one responsibility, one question
Use just the next upcoming commitment. Record who has actually agreed and what remains open. The short version does not remove necessary care or individual safety requirements.
Discuss changes and update the note
Discuss an absence with the adults involved. Record a new arrangement after their response. Copy or print the note before closing; share a copy yourself if you wish.
A completed example
Example: two fixed tasks and one open responsibility
Fictional example for illustration. Adjust times, tasks and responsibilities to your circumstances.
- Week and fixed family commitments
- This week: pickup on Tuesday at 4 pm and documents to bring on Thursday. Check my own appointments before taking on more.
- Accepted task: who, what, when?
- Sam agreed to do the Tuesday pickup at 4 pm. I will prepare the bag. We discussed both parts together.
- Preparation and my next action
- After dinner on Monday, check the bag and put it in the agreed place. Note any missing documents separately.
- Open question and time to discuss it
- Who will handle Thursday is still open. Ask Sam on Monday; keep the task marked as unresolved until there is an answer.
- If plans change: what needs agreeing?
- If Sam cannot do Tuesday, discuss another arrangement directly. Record a replacement only after they agree; necessary care still needs arranging.
- Short version and next review
- If a whole week is too much: note the next fixed commitment, accepted responsibility and open question. Review the rest of the week together after dinner on Wednesday.

Common questions
Is this a shared family calendar that assigns tasks?
No. You manually record agreements you have discussed. The sheet does not assign tasks, notify anyone or sync family accounts. A name in a field does not replace agreement. Discuss changes directly with the people involved.
Do I need to fill in every field?
No. Leave irrelevant fields blank and use the short version in the guide. Example text is a placeholder; enter your own text before copying or printing.
Are my entries saved?
Entries stay only in the open page. Copy or print them before closing or reloading it. There is no automatic saving or connection to your MeinSystem account.
Can I use this without an account or keep a PDF?
Yes. Fill in the fields without signing in and copy the text. “Print” opens your browser’s print dialog; choose “Save as PDF” if available. “Clear” removes all entries.
